Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ POOL OPERATING SEASON & HEATING 🏊★ Pool Season: Mid-April–October ✔ Pool may be heated to approximately 82°F during spring and fall. ✔ In summer, the pool may naturally reach 90°F+. ✔ Please keep the pool cover closed when not in use to maintain the water temperature. ✔ If the pool gets too warm, leave the cover open and use the water features to help cool it. Winter Closure: November 1–Mid-April ✔ The pool is closed and winterized. ✔ No pool use is permitted during the winter closure. Extended Stays / Special Heating Pool heating outside the normal season may be available for an additional fee, with advance arrangements and subject to availability. Pool Cover Pump: After storms, hard-water buildup may cause the pump sensor to stick. If the pump doesn’t start, gently tap it on the concrete a couple of times, then place it back in the water.
