PETS: We do allow dogs, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture and DO NOT let them sleep on the furniture. The backyard is not fully fenced in so you need to keep an eye on your pets. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush, and spices. Due to strict HOA and county regulations, only 2 vehicles are allowed, and all vehicles must be parked inside the garage at all times — no exceptions. Parking outside, even briefly, may result in a $3,000 fine, which guests will be held responsible for. Guests will be required to sign a short document acknowledging and agreeing to these rules after booking is confirmed. Failure to sign may result in cancellation of the reservation.
