A gas Grill with a propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20. Dining: Kitchen Island with 3 stools, Dining room table that seats 7 plus Breakfast table w/ 4 chairs (The guest house has an additional dining table w/4 stools) ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ Screened Poolside Furniture: Outdoor sofa, 6 chairs and 3 lounge chairs Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Other Details to Note
Pets allowed on a case by case basis for $150 additional pet rent fee. They must be completely cleaned up after. Must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times when not in fenced area, crated indoors when owner is not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on the furniture or in the pool.
