This property has an outstanding location in the heart of Gilbert. One of Gilbert's most popular attractions, Freestone Park, is close by to the house. Guests can spend all day fishing in one of the 2 lakes. A few of the many park amenities include tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts, batting cages, a skate park, a children’s amusement park and an amphitheater for live entertainment. Downtown Gilbert is less than 4 miles from the house on a great walking/biking trail. Take the 4 provided bicycles (2 adult, 2 kids) for a nice ride downtown and enjoy the vibrant nightlife scene, as well as 30 restaurants and bars. Downtown Gilbert also regularly hosts a wonderful Saturday Farmer’s and Craft Market, featuring live entertainment. Golfing enthusiasts will be thrilled to discover an array of terrific golf courses within short driving distance! For a fun outing, venture just 8 minutes from the home to indulge in some retail therapy at San Tan Village Shopping Center, followed by a few rousing rounds at Topgolf or bowling at Main Event Entertainment.
